AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Frankly I regret ever buying this product as it’s never worked.

The app is useless. The product itself you can’t set to run automatically. Only way we can use our heating is by manually turning on and off.

I’ve wasted SO many hours on this. Says that bugs are fixed 3 months ago. They’re not. Tried factory reset, no good. Tried a 2.4 mini hub, no good. Does anyone have the names of alternatives?

Rarely creates the connection. When/if it does the app is cumbersome to use. If you are (not) lucky it will crash every time you click on a device. The solution then is to delete and restore devices to factory settings. But then you have the problem of connecting all over again!

I recently bought the Wireless Single Control Until with the Wireless router and it doesn’t work. I called Thermosphere abs they said it’s because the app needs to be updated and the developers are on Chinese New Year! 

Sounds like poor excuses..

Avoid buying this product if you intend to use your phone to control your thermostats. If I had known I would not have purchased. I feel duped. Apparently the developers are “working” on the bug but no one knows when that will be. Can’t believe I am stuck with the thermostats.
