I even have push notifications on and the only things I ever get notified about are orders placed and most of the time orders shipped (but not always). It doesn’t even show up in my activity on the app either, but orders placed and shipped and often enough everything in there I have listed as shipped gets magically erased. I’ve tried contacting IT support about it via 31 and that was useless and then I stopped getting any responses. This isn’t just a me issue either. I did a straw pole in one of my consultant groups and I am FAR from alone. Please make this app work. ### 3/5 — Good idea but needs work! *2022-06-27* As a consultant it’s very frustrating to use but also convenient. I like that I can place my party orders right there on the spot and show the customer what there order is and if they get anything personalized what it’s going to look like. It also works well when they pay with credit card. BUT… it is super slow and not very friendly. It’s frustrating because half the time the personalization doesn't work and it freezes a lot. When I try typing in the description box when creating new party, I cannot make any changes without having to delete everything I’ve typed out up to that point. ### 1/5 — Outdated Information *2021-04-15, version 5.0.50* I am disappointed in this app. Not sure why there are no recent updates from the company in this app. I am deleting it and just using the website. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-09-03, version 5.0.38* I updated because I had to, and now I can’t log in. I have tried removing the app and downloading again and still the same thing.
