Can’t get a password reset link, can’t create a new account. The old app worked fine for me and now I simply can not get in at all. All menu items are requiring I have an account

The app looks nice and the video is cool, but city news is a blank white page. Same with parks and rec. Same with email alerts signups. And why can’t I submit an issue without creating an account?

I downloaded this app and went to create an account and I get an error saying “all fields need to be filled in, email needs to be valid, and password must be longer than 6 characters”. My submission fulfills all these requirements and yet it still does not allow me to create an account and keeps giving me the error.
