I have reinstalled several times and still doesn't allow me to send samples with my credits. Then sometimes when I login it says invalid ID/password. When I've been using the same ID/password. But... *2021-01-22, version 7.2.19* The app is a really great app. I’m not sure why, but my app says that my username/ password are invalid and will not allow me to log in despite my premium membership. This makes it difficult to ship samples and have that easy access. ### 3/5 — Too many crashes *2021-01-20, version 7.2.19* At one point this app was great but for the past month the app crashes (white screen) every time you want to look at the alert that is sent by corporate, whether it be an announcement or the follow up details from a sample sent.
