Very disappointing experience with TPG. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, the signal is often weak or inconsistent, and the customer support has been extremely frustrating. I’ve had to explain the same issues multiple times, calls have been disconnected, and problems are often left unresolved.

For the amount I pay, I expected much more reliable service and much better support. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently poor.

After the last update, my TPG app won't open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still won't open.  Have to go online To my web browser to login.

Cannot login anymore. Login credentials work fine on desktop PC login. TPG asked me to login manually by typing in my long password letter by letter instead of using my password manager. Didn’t change the end result. You just end up at the login screen again after it looks like it’s trying to do something.
