If you buy a ticket, whether accidentally or not, your return claim will be ignored Having the claim is a scam. Regiojet lets you return tickets up to 15 minutes before the train so you don’t end up bilked for mistakes or family emergencies ### 1/5 — FRAUD **** FRAUD *2023-08-22, version 2.10.5* This is a fraud app. every single ticket I purchased from them turn out not to be what they claimed. They sold me a 1st class ticket from Budapest to Vienna on an over sold train that didn't have first class car. There was no seat for me to sit for over 3 hours of ride with no AC in 95 degrees in August 22, 2023. I am 64 diabetic and got sick. Today I rode on the train without a loaded ticket. My ticket is still not loaded until the conductor checks. I'm was nervous. It's horrible to feel. Luckily I loaded the ticket after 10 minutes. Because only 2 stars. ### 3/5 — Brightness Intensity *2025-09-21, version 2.14.1* When I open the ticket, the app takes control of the brightness intensity and sets it to 100%. Scanners can read QR codes displayed at 50% brightness intensity or higher. Setting the brightness to 100% is unnecessary as it drains the battery. Please consider lowering the brightness intensity to 60%.60% is due to the safe space created by the minimal required brightness intensity necessary for scanners to read QR codes without any issues. ### 3/5 — Good *2024-02-24* Last update: Buttons don't appear for some train connections. Опаздывают поезда. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The best railway app I have ever used *2024-10-07, version 2.12.3* This really is an excellent app. I don’t speak Czech so I use the English interface. Ticket purchases and seat reservations are easy. Refunds are quickly processed if the purchaser cancels the booking. The train information is kept up to date. The train formation details are also useful. If you want to see where your coach is situated in a long train, the app can provide the information. Similarly, if your train is formed of a little railbus, the app will tell you. The app is very easy to use because it is intuitive. The menu structure is simple to understand. The app design team have done an excellent job. As an aside, it is possible to use the app even at very remote stations (halts) because the mobile phone coverage in Czechia is excellent. ### 5/5 — Better and better *2024-09-26, version 2.12.3* I can see the improvement that have been made. Proč proboha byla tato funkce odstraněna?! ### 5/5 — One of the best railway apps in Europe! *2019-11-12, version 1.14.0* I found this one of the best apps to use in all the many train apps in Europe, giving updates and emails in your local language of where the train is and what platform as well as e-tickets and seating map for when you book your trip! The app is easy to use and mostly straightforward in English; the only downside is sometimes too much information! We were bicycling and I could easily check the location of the stations on our route, which trains arriving would go our direction, their arrival times, and then purchase tickets including Bike passes.
