This program is very motivating and lots of fun. You can do your workout on your own!  Trainers are always checking in to see how your exercises are going and even help with nutrition!  They also share yummy recipes. It’s a great community to be a part of. I started in my wheelchair and now I’m walking as much as I can. I totally recommend these people. 😃
