They said I should have had an email as there was extra to pay . I couldn’t find that e mail but agreed to pay on the phone as it was a present which was now late . I presumed it would be for £4 as at the time of original purchase that was the price . When I looked at my bank statement I had paid another £17 which was rather a shock .
