## What is My Trip Book?

My Trip Book keeps every trip in one place, from choosing where to go to the footprints you leave behind.

PLAN A TRIP IN MINUTES
• Pick one or several cities from a photo wall or a map, choose your dates on a calendar, and tick the places you want to see. The top sights are picked for you.
• Apple Intelligence builds a day-by-day plan on your iPhone around your picks, your pace and your interests.
• See the whole trip on one map: every stop numbered in order and colored by day.

EVERYTHING BOOKED, IN ORDER
• Add a flight by its number, forward or share a confirmation from Mail, or pick a PDF or screenshot. My Trip Book reads it on your device.
• Flights, hotel check-in and car pick-up appear on the right day of your plan automatically.
• Big, clear flight cards with terminal, gate and seat, and widgets for your next flight.

CHANGE ANYTHING ON THE MAP
• Tap any place on the map to add it, or swap a stop for something nearby, with Apple Maps ratings and reviews.
• Move stops between days, turn a day into a free day and its stops move for you, and choose your hotel on the map.

PLAN TOGETHER
• Invite the people going. Everyone can change the dates, flights, hotel and places, and sees who changed what.
• Or send family a read-only page with your flight and pick-up times.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
• Visa needs for your passports and green card, currency with a live rate, power plugs and which adapter to bring, phone carriers and data costs, which side of the road to drive on and whether your license works, and tipping.
• A travel guide written for your trip, and a checklist with due dates.

EXPLORE
• A globe and a wall of popular destinations with the cheaper months to fly and whether you need a visa.

REMEMBER
• Footprints: a satellite globe stamped with everywhere you've been, and a timeline of country tickets.
• A recap video from your trip photos, ready to post.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• AI runs on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. Your emails, documents and photos are never sent to an AI company.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-10-30

A smoother notebook on iPhone Duo.

• Folded, the cover shows your next trip at a glance: the countdown, your flight and confirmation, and what's next today
• Unfold and you're on the page you left, the way a real notebook opens
• Faster to open, and photos never hold up the screen
• A booking that's already in your plan shows once on its day

### 1.2 — 2026-10-28

My Trip Book now opens like a real notebook on iPhone Duo.

• Each trip is a journal: swipe through the covers, open one, and turn pages with a real page curl
• A trip summary and contents page, with index tabs to jump to any day
• Write, move and remove plans right on the page: tap a line to edit, hold it to move it
• Plan a new trip by filling in a blank journal: where, when, who, and what to see
• Hold the Duo upright and the book becomes a flip-top notebook
• Fold it and the cover shows your next trip at a glance; unfold to pick up on the page you left
• Turn past the last page to go to your next trip
• Photos now show instantly, even offline
• Sign in before upgrading to Pro, and delete a trip from the book's More menu

### 1.1 — 2026-10-27

• Move things around: hold ≡ to pick up a place and drop it on any day. Tap Reorder to move whole days or cities.
• Real photos for places, cities, flights, hotels and tickets.
• Works offline: your trips, photos and weather stay on your phone, and changes made offline sync when you're back online.
• On the trip: today's plan and a map of today's stops right on the trip card.
• Weather shows a week around your trip, with your trip days highlighted.
• Checklist: sort by category, due date or name.
• New trip: a trip you're still creating is saved if you close it, and adding a day moves your trip dates for you.
• Explore: smoother browsing, city search that understands typos, and months from January to December.
• Maps: choose Apple Maps or Google Maps for directions. Pro adds Google Maps inside the app, with Must-see and Must-eat ranked by Google ratings.
• Speak instead of typing, and Polish your notes, in every text box.
• Better on iPad and iPhone Duo, plus many smaller fixes.
