Im not paying $6.99 to remove ads. Game could be great but this ruins it. An ad literally every single minute.

Got to level 4 now my people are stuck in the bungalows and won’t come out and when the trolley takes them to the bungalow as part of the mission I have to pass, they won’t get out so I can’t move on in the game! Please help!!! I hope it’s just a glitch! Please advise! If you fix I’ll change my rating!
