### 1/5 — New Version is TERRIBLE

*2019-10-29, version 15.0.4*

15.0.4 is TERRIBLE.  First of all, edge detection doesn’t work.  It crops the document wrong every time.  Heck the camera is even not showing the correct aspect ratio.  So every single picture you have to go in and re-crop.  While this doesn’t sound like a big deal, when you are dealing with 30 pages of BOLs it gets annoying very quick and is time consuming.  This is the last thing a truck driver wants to deal with.  The old way was just fine, no reason to make something more technical than it already is. 

Also, the app freezes and shows an all white screen on larger documents (page count wise).  Forcing you now to close the app and loose all those documents you just had to manually crop.  This is all on iOS 13.0.4 on a iPhone 11 Pro Max.  The problems persist to the Galaxy S9 with the latest Android firmware for that phone.  At this moment I have 0 desire to use this app at all.

Takes 1min to load and crashes all the time I have to uninstall once a week and installed again to much problems

There are so many more things that this app could have but just lacks in many ways. 
There should be more load info on the loads. 
Delivery number 
Delivery time and date
Shipping load number 
Shipping time and date 
Customer pick up number 
Shipper or receiver phone numbers 
Sometimes you are not in the truck and you need this information. A few things I never forget are my wallet, my keys and my phone. If the information was on the app life would go smoother I believe.

Thanks for the input.  It is always a balancing act to not jumble up the screens with useless info and still give everything that is needed.  We will certainly take you input into consideration and see what improvements we can make to enhance not only your time on the road, but everyone else's too.

We have some other features coming out that I hope shows our commitment to understanding what drivers experience and trying our best to improve it.  It is feedback like yours that makes it all happen, so thank you!

The biggest problem I have with the app, is that I have to take a screenshot in order to copy addresses using the text search feature on my iPhone. My company uses this app regularly, and I use a trucker gps app on my phone as a secondary gps. It would be a lot better if the app had a copy address feature instead of me having to delete the screenshot after I copy the address.
