Start banking wherever you are with My TSB for mobile banking! Available to all The Savings Bank online banking customers, My TSB allows you to check balances, make transfers, pay bills, and make deposits.

I understand the need for safety and security as it relates to banking but this app is lacking in so few features and overall interface, then on top of it I have never interacted with a website or app that makes me change my password more than TSB. As part of Gen Z my life is mobile and online and The Savings Bank needs to step up their online offerings and usability if they want to continue to attract the younger / future customers. It’s like you created a website and app because someone told you you had to do it not because you wanted to enhance the customer experience.
