Why are you updating your online banking? I cannot get through to update it. But you would think that simple things like this could be avoided. This app is one of the worst I have ever used. For instance: The bank’s security system and protocols are convoluted. You can’t reset your expired password in the app but must log on the website to change it. When your password expires the message simply says the app doesn’t work at this time. You have to know to log on the website and change your password. You have to do some functions on the website because the app doesn’t support them but of course you must use the app to make a deposit. As part of Gen Z my life is mobile and online and The Savings Bank needs to step up their online offerings and usability if they want to continue to attract the younger / future customers.
