Very frustrating software. One star. ### 1/5 — Deposit capture does not work well *2025-01-23, version 3.19.1* I had to retake the picture 6x. Moreover, the bank rejected my first deposit - even though I checked the remote deposit box ### 1/5 — Doug Coakley *2024-01-17, version 3.9.0* First try on mobile deposit was rejected because DEPOSIT ONLY wasn’t good enough. It took all day to notify me and then became to late to get it through by adding for mobile deposit. I had to wait an additional day because this was set up last year but must have been deleted because of no use. It always feels like a roll of the dice if I’ll be able to login or not and check my bank statement. It is impossible to understand your balance due to the large time gap in showing transactions. Some transactions show in a week. With the new app, I was unable to deposit checks even though it said my account had been verified.
