Eventually agreed to unbind from an old email account & their telephone tech worked through all remaining issues. After the unbinding (& account deletion) went through a few days later the tech went through camera settings and cloud settings again to make it work. Camera needed to be removed and re-added to the cloud. It is all working now and will update this review if required. ### 1/5 — Don’t work anymore *2025-06-26, version 2.0.6* Worked fine after a few years doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-03-20, version 2.0.5* The camera is fantastic when it works. However every couple of days the app decides not to work or won’t connect to the camera. Constantly losses network connectivity Think of a better way to view recordings Average to say the least ### 1/5 — New iOS 17 default notification sound is too quiet and makes the app USELESS!!! *2023-09-24, version 1.0.6* With the iOS 17 update it has changed the default sound for app notifications. As the new sound is one short and quiet pulse it has not woken me up two nights in a row for little sounds my child’s made and I’ve only woken up after hearing a screaming toddler.
