Both parents can’t check add the one camera / account. Stupid seeing as majority of children’s have two parents. ### 2/5 — App keeps crashing *2023-06-30, version 1.0.6* Please please please update your app as it continuously crashes, doesn’t connect or lags. Very unreliable which is a shame because the camera aspect is great. ### 3/5 — Worked for one phone and not the other *2023-06-25, version 1.0.6* I’ve tried to connect this to my iPhone so many times. It only seems to want to connect to a single device with the QR code. When you’re looking at a baby monitor in the middle of the night and the background is bright white it’s not great for getting back to sleep! Also when I’m wearing headphones, there is only one volume setting and I can’t turn the audio up or down. It’s quite loud, which is again tricky at night. If I don’t have headphones in then the audio is able to be controlled. Also, there’s something wrong with the time zones, I have chosen mine correctly, but the clock on my camera is 30 minutes off, must be a glitch in their software. ### 2/5 — Could be a lot better with some dev *2023-01-16, version 1.0.6* Many of these things have been already mentioned but here are my top requests to make this so much better: - Default sound on! How hard is that to do? - iPad compatible. It’s the only app that I would use on my iPad if it worked properly on it - Reduce strain on iPhone battery. Most of the time I have to be plugged in to use - Ability to monitor via a PC/ download app onto desktop Also as discussed it does drop out quite regularly which is annoying if you are monitoring a baby from a room a distance away. ### 3/5 — Great for viewing but very buggy on playback *2022-11-07, version 1.0.5* Works great to view from anywhere. The playback function has lots of issues. If you scroll to place of no video you have to swipe up and close the app to get out, there no way to return to the main screen. Where the speaker is on the phone and screen goes around it some of the controls aren’t able to be accessed. A couple of things would make it even better: 1. Connection stability with the camera isn’t always the best and it takes quite a long time to connect to the device 2. An iPad app would make it even better. When viewing Alarms the preview thumbnails no longer load. This was useful to know why the alarm triggered when baby was moving, now we don’t know what the baby was doing to trigger the alarm. Same issue happening on all devices. Have tried a reset of the camera and changing WiFi networks without any luck. Please fix! ### 2/5 — Always something not working *2022-01-14, version 1.0.3* We bought Uniden’s baby camera a year and a half ago. It worked well for a couple of months before recurring issues occur. When the notifications stopped updating, the monitor freezes or the photos within notifications disappear, there are no troubleshooting options. As the new sound is one short and quiet pulse it has not woken me up two nights in a row for little sounds my child’s made and I’ve only woken up after hearing a screaming toddler. We especially love being able to take it away on holidays and also see the room temp. I just wish that it wouldn’t automatically turn on the lamp and make a musical sound when you tune it on. A couple months in and it started to show some problems...like it would go offline without notifying me, or video stream can’t be retrieved. Lately we barely get any video connection and we have to restart the device so many times so it can work. It’s really frustrating and I can’t see my child when I need to. I can’t believe I bought this product and especially for how much it cost me. Eventually agreed to unbind from an old email account & their telephone tech worked through all remaining issues. After the unbinding (& account deletion) went through a few days later the tech went through camera settings and cloud settings again to make it work. Camera needed to be removed and re-added to the cloud. It is all working now and will update this review if required. ### 4/5 — Review *2021-10-24, version 1.0.3* Sound not excessively loud.
