Tried to register several times. Who uses surname. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-04-18* Does not work ### 1/5 — Information doesn’t match - WHAT??? *2026-04-04* What does that even mean? The registration portion of the app is not user friendly and the information they require is ridiculous. They ask for your “given name” and then your “surname”, then you get the error “information doesn’t match”. This makes no sense. Registration should be straight forward requiring basic information. This could have been a great idea but is deemed officially worthless and there is no IT department to reach out to for assistance.
