A pessima avaliação vem de uma falta de respeito em nunca resolver o problema e sempre deixar em modo digital ,nunca se consegue falar com um assistente humano,e o assistente virtual é um sistema que pode resolver coisas simples mais o que o cliente realmente precisa ela não dá solução e nunca mais nunca aparece quem realmente resolve .péssimo serviço.

Started to use 10 and so far the experience hasn’t made feel happy at all . Stops often restarting the router didn’t help ..worst I ever had
