-If you are a customer of Verisure and you have a Verisure Smart Alarm installed, you will only have to download and install the application. To start using it you will need a “username” and a “password” which you will be able to obtain on our or by calling our Customer Services line
-If you are a customer of Verisure and you have another device installed, or you do not know if your device is compatible with this application, call our Customer Services line and we will give you all of the information.
-If you are still not a customer of Verisure and you want to receive more information, you can contact us on our website or by calling. Premier système d’alarme, et je le trouve très simple, très flexible et très rassurant. J’ai pris un système duo qui me permet aussi de mettre en sécurité le studio de mon enfant. L’application permet de tout gérer de façon simple et efficace ou que vous soyez dans le monde. La pose est simple et rapide, le système ne dépendant pas de votre wifi et un anti-brouilleur étant intégré, il n’y a pas possibilité qu’un voleur le neutralise. Enfin, c’est un système qui part avec vous lorsque vous déménager. Je recommande +++++

### 3/5 — Blocked my user in the middle of the night.

Blocked my user in the middle of the night and I am not able to disarm, recover or do anything. App password recovery is not working as the country prefix added automatically and I am not able to delete however in this format the app not accept it. Account recovery not works as it said app has already an associated user. Yesterday my app worked and just blocked my user. I am not able to log in, recover or reach any customer service in the middle of the night.

This update broke my connectivity. I can no longer see the alarm status. If I swipe down to refresh it spins for about a minute then crashes. Have been putting up with having no control from my iPhone to set the alarm, or view status, for about a month. Verisure support were no help at all.

Verisure has started sending useless notifications at the worst of times, and offers no way for me, the customer, to opt out of them. My only option is to totally disable notifications, which defeats the point of having the monitored system. I’ll now check competitors, as this is just bloody awful. What a terrible decision by Verisure.
