The Internet is way slow, the calls dropped all the time, the One Talk service barely ever works correctly cause drop and pause at all time.

Every month, I have to spend hours on the phone trying to correct my monthly bills, or physically go to a Verizon store. For some reason, the 611 and 800 numbers haven’t been working from last week until now, so I had to go to a Verizon location to unlock my account.

The technician was able to resolve the issue, and I was promised a $25 discount that was supposed to be applied to my account within an hour. Guess what…? It never appeared on my account.

This is ridiculous.

We have had this service for over a year. It’s horrible. We pay almost $700 a month for 6 cell phones and one home office WiFi. The WiFi never gets the MPS we are charged for. It barely works at all. Cell coverage is terrible all over the DMV. Do your business a favor and avoid Verizon business services

You can’t click on certain buttons within the app. If you try to add a debit card, there is a “cancel” and a “continue” button at the bottom of the form. Even after you put in all the information, you can’t hit the “continue” button, because it doesn’t work. Only the “cancel” button works. If you try to go to support articles, same thing. Unresponsive links and buttons.

As much as Verizon has tacked on additional fees and raised the price of service, you’d think they could hire competent developers who could make a functional product. Don’t even get me started on the frustration dealing with their AI bots you’re forced to interact with when trying to get simple customer service.
