Since the day we joined The entire staff have been outstanding. They have went the extra mile in helping with any issues we had. Everyone is always so friendly and always ready to assist me and any customer’s needs.

We’ve been members of VFCU for decades and I must say their customer service is beyond the best if that’s possible!!!! They are always pleasant and so helpful. In a time where customer service seems nonexistent VFCU continues to provide their customers with the utmost care and professionalism.
