I have to uninstall and reinstall the My VIDA app almost every time just to get it working. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a connected EV. An app that requires reinstallation repeatedly just to function cannot be considered reliable. Connectivity, vehicle information and basic app functionality should work consistently without these repeated issues. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve a single star in its current state. VIDA needs to seriously improve the app’s stability, connectivity and overall user experience ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-08-15* I recently purchased a Vida scooter paying 1,40,000rs And they charge extra 1170rs for vida edge pack, which is utter useless, they don’t even provide a basic bluetooth connectivity without this subscription… The app doesn’t even launch at times.., From past 3-4days it doesn’t even open up i even tried uninstalling and reinstalling still the same!! Too many bugs They charge too much and can’t even maintain a single app free from bugs… The ather app is way much better and superior, i have used it for 3years straight, did not face a single issue even once. Ather connect subscription is free for 3years with loaded features (like auto hold, google maps on dashboard etc) This vida doesn’t even provide it free for new buyers I only use this app to look at battery percentage, that also isn’t working noww!! Total waste of money… ### 1/5 — Good vehicle bad app *2026-06-26* App disconnects, navigation disconnects, why don’t you just switch the navigation part of the app to Bluetooth only, as wifi does not work well, as scooter hotspot does not provide internet and in this condition, phone disconnects the wifi again and again, your developer should pay attention on it, its not difficult to switch to the Bluetooth two way communication for navigation and other tasks, please pay attention ### 1/5 — Lot of issues with app and vehicle fast charging is unreliable *2026-06-10* App is the worst, every update introduces more bugs and does not even login properly most of the time. For e.g today it just crashes after logging in. Fast charging simply does not work, customer care does not care. Recently they said fast charging is chargeable but even with wallet amount, nothing happens and we keep getting linking error. Please learn from Ather and get better software updates and app developed. ### 2/5 — login glitch *2026-06-06* after updating the app and opening every time it asked me to login with my phone number and OTP, which was not happening before this is a bug and it’s annoying. even the episode glitchy that it looks like it’s done by a student when charging the intern open immediately can you take time for us to initiate charging, which is annoyingly direct plug and play type? ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-06-03* The app doesn’t work when you needed the most even if you find a charging station you cant charge without app even with ather app charer starts but the bike does not recieves charge and there is no bypassing manually this is frustrating partneship with otherbrand doesn’t make sense at all we don’t carry charger everywhere this should be resolved orelse its the most unreliable bike then its not a features it’s a drawback ### 2/5 — Most Frustrating App for an EV Scoote *2026-05-25* The My Vida app is the most frustrating app I’ve used for any electric scooter. Keeps logging out constantly. Have to login again every few days. Pathetic connectivity – takes forever to connect to the scooter, fails most times. Bugs & glitches everywhere. UI freezes, stats don’t update, charging data wrong. Features don’t work – remote lock/unlock, ride stats, battery % are all unreliable. Turn-by-turn navigation is useless because of the terrible scooter connection. Drops mid-ride. No support unless you send video proof of every issue. Why should I troubleshoot for your developers? Worst part: Scooter motor sometimes gives sudden hard vibrations while riding. App shows no error/warning for it. Developers: Don’t reply with “email us and we’ll look into it”. I already did. Nothing got solved. Hero needs to fix this app urgently. It’s ruining the whole Vida ownership experience. Right now the scooter is better off without this app. ### 1/5 — Lost my key along with the hopes of improvement in this application *2026-05-25* Charging station has become a disappointment Last night i was stranded to charge it at 2 AM while everything was done including payments the charger just wouldn’t connect Only the boot function works fine rest of the functions are very laggy please fix these bugs The vehicle is good Work on your application ### 3/5 — Get Help from Ather App *2026-04-19* Since you guys have already taken significant share in ather why don't you work together and make Vida app smooth and reliable It has almost all the features one could ask for but Information shown is not accurate ### 1/5 — Nevigation not working *2026-04-09* This app is almost useless for iPhone users the main thing navigation dos not works iPhone anyway I tried going many showrooms but they also failed to solve. The wifi refuses to connect with my Vida V2 Plus please do fix it soon vida team it hampers user experience a lot.
