I tried emailing their support and it bounced back undeliverable. I tried to contact the developer using the support email but I never got a reply. It only took a few minutes to familiarize myself with the operation of the app. I had tried several apps beforehand without any luck. ### 2/5 — Headache of an app *2018-05-14, version 3.7.0* I paid for the unlimited playlist. Most of the time the play/pause button doesn’t work and I have to hit it a minimum of three times to make it pause. If I have to walk away from my device and I put my video on pause, I return to my phone and find that the app has begun to play my video again and I have to rewind to find my place where I left off. The app has a button for resuming play where the playlist left off, nice feature... IF IT WORKED! Hit that button and the playlist begins again from the beginning. The only thing that this app does that it promised was to play a video playlist... even when you want it to pause. Avoid it and find something better. Let my $3.99 payment be your savings. ### 5/5 — Some of the people need to stay with pencil and paper! *2018-05-12, version 3.7.0* A lot of the 1 stars are from people that really should stick to pencil and paper for their enjoyment! The App that Apple Support recommended! *2018-03-09, version 3.7.0* To my disappointment, Apple dropped the ability to create “video playlists” on their 6th generation iPod Touch. I also determined that my Apple iPad 9.7” has the same limitation. In calling Apple Support to resolve this limitation, the Apple Support Agent directed me to download the “My Video Playlist” app. If that isn’t an endorsement for the “My Video Playlist” app ... I don’t know what is! I’m now able to create and then enjoy my videos in a continuous string. 5 Stars!!! ### 2/5 — My Video Playlist *2018-01-10, version 3.7.0* If you are looking to find a way round Apple’s ridiculous decision to stop continuous video play (our grandsons nursery rhyme download for example which has 25 chapters all now needing to have play pressed separately), this apps not for you. All drm protected videos will not load! It allows editing lists and reordering them. Makes full use of single an double taps and swipes. I have been using it for a few months now and it does what it sets out to do and more. It is not as intuitive as I expected, but Support from the developer is fast, very responsive. This app is well worth your pennies. You will not be disappointed. A 5 star app. ### 4/5 — Best App available and great options *2017-08-02, version 3.7.0* I've been looking for something like this for a long time and even bought the upgrade. It's the best I've found for an organised video library. What I especially love is the option to organise videos within the playlists, but can't seem to find an option to organise the playlists themselves. That's one feature that would make the app near perfect. Aside from that, I'd personally love an option to change the colour scheme as I find orange/black to be quite dull. Having a thumb nail option rather than a list as someone has said would also be a fantastic feature. And for that there is a hidden cost of £3.99 which I’m not going to pay considering it’s free here, and the system of organising lacks many functions. In the end it’s still in one place. Wish they could do better than that, or the competitors reading this.
