The O2 apps are equally as bad. It should be easier to sign into both of these accounts… instead I can’t sign into EITHER! As many other have said, I get stuck in an endless loop and can’t sign in. This has been like this for MONTHS. They clearly don’t care about their customers as if they were reading this they would have fixed it by now. To make matters worse, the broadband service has steadily just got worse and worse. Terrible company.
