## What is My Vital Health?

The My Vital Health app is designed to allow our patients to manage every aspect of their care with us. Through this app, you can book and manage appointments, view diagnostic images, earn rewards, and gain access to your exercise library, helping you make the most of your care with VITAL Health.

The app has a reward system allowing you to refer friends and family so they can benefit and you can be rewarded for helping us to help others.
