I open, pay within 30 seconds and forget. Now the app cannot even open and load for a whole 2-3 minutes and constantly showing error. The app is absolute trash - it never shows accurate usage. It shows I have 20Gb data and I get a text that I have used it all up. Right now I can’t make phone calls because they have outage with prepaid calling. Nobody at the stores was able to help me. Never able to set up automatic payments, so I have to pay manually every month and get disabled often due to forgetting. Their sessions expire a lot, but password field doesn't allow pasting -- encouraging me to instead set insecure passwords that are easy to type. The worst. Why not allow text code as default login method anyway? След известно време обаждането се прекъсва и трябва да започна от начало. VIVACOM трябва да се гордеят и дават възможност за развитие на такива професионалисти в техните редици. При повторном пополнении счета, деньги были списаны за две активации. Историю посмотреть нормально нельзя. В представительстве компании менеджеры разводят руками и пожимают плечами. I have several VIVACOM products - a mobile phone plan, two data plans for iPads and Mobix for home internet/Wi-Fi. Considering I live in a village, they all work perfectly well for me. And I get really good value for minutes, SMS and data from my plans. And now I get unlimited 5G as well. As for the app, it works without any problems and, best of all, allows me to pay my bill online.
