However, finding things is not intuitive and naming of what you are buying seems unhelpful. Most annoyingly, Vodacom Tanzania have moved to 6 digit verification codes. The App in many places only gives you 4 digits to enter a verification code, so it doesn’t work. For example, adding your first number to the App allows you to enter the 6 digits of the verification code. Adding a second number and the verification code is 6 digits but the App is only configured for 4 digits. ### 1/5 — OTP not active *2023-09-12* The app stop working It asked to request OTP , when apply no sms for otp I keep trying for 3 days ### 1/5 — Unhappy with App and Vodacom *2023-09-09* It seems like they fix one thing, and break two other things in the process. I used to have problems getting the 2-SA Code before finally getting in, now I can’t even log in anymore because the 2-SA Code no longer gets sent to my phone number. Additionally, there’s no unlimited data package, but if you get home internet, you can get unlimited wifi with them. It doesn’t make any sense. Lastly, it is a hassle for me to get in contact with them since I can’t login to the app, and have to make a phone call. ### 5/5 — Best *2023-08-11* Very good ### 2/5 — Why don’t VodaCom get it that the world is now digital and offer UNLIMITED DATA? *2023-04-21* Though I enjoy the better services on Vodacom, I use a lot of data for my needs. But you don’t give us Africans UNLIMITED DATA. Vodacom, the world has changed to digital and Vodacom is still limiting data usage which is very frustrating to be spending on data. You have reduced the data vs the price we pay, not good. The Monthly data is lasting just more than a week since we are doing everything online these days. Please do something soon or else I’ll be switching to my previous mobile carrier that can supply our needs. ### 1/5 — App will no longer open *2023-04-16* This app was a 3 at best because of the slowness of the bundle selections appearing when switching between daily, weekly and monthly bundles. I mistakenly bought a daily bundle thinking it was a weekly one and lost a whole bunch of data. But now, with the April 14, 2023 upgrade, I can’t do anything with it.
