They say they’ll adjust a plan and charge less then they don’t do it. Awful. ### 1/5 — Worst phone service ever *2026-08-18, version 5.0.7* How on earth does a digital company not get this right. You want us to pay our bills on time yet your IT department or whomever you’ve hired can’t even get this app right to enable an end user to login and pay. ### 1/5 — Worse phone provider ever *2026-08-18, version 5.0.7* I’m so relieved to finally say that I no longer have anything to do with this terrible company. It should be done much easier.
