For example, I tried to change my direct debit payment method but these was no such function on this app now. I wasn’t even able to cancel the current card. I ended up with ringing 1555 to get help. It should be done much easier. Bridges the gap between itself and Optus in terms of user experience which was the only differentiator besides Vodafone being a cheaper alternative.
