A solution is to use a Bluetooth keyboard to log into the app with your credentials, then the app will open and you should be able to access the service. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-03-26* I download the app and it opens a log on screen but the keyboard is inactive and I cannot do anything with it. ### 1/5 — Non starter *2025-03-19* Locks my keyboard on iPhone and iPad.
