I download the app and it opens a log on screen but the keyboard is inactive and I cannot do anything with it.

Locks my keyboard on iPhone and iPad. Can’t logon. So pretty useless app and I’m having to pay Airband for the privilege!

I re-installed the app twice on my iPhone thinking there is a problem with the installation. Unfortunately no change;
Incoming calls: the phone rings but the call never comes through.
Outgoing calls: They always cut out, or the quality of the call deteriorates to a point that I have to cancel the call.

As others have said the iPhone keyboard is locked. A solution is to use a Bluetooth keyboard to log into the app with your credentials, then the app will open and you should be able to access the service.
