Their online order service is pathetic. They will show one day delivery and will take forever to deliver. And NO support from their online customer care either. I have ordered a phone which was supposed to be delivered in one day and even after 7 days there is No update regarding the delivery date. Their app is worst it shows no update regarding delivery of the product. Not only can I not download any invoices for my orders, but the entire app's functionality is a letdown. It's astounding how a supposedly functional app can fail at such a basic task. Customer service is equally disappointing, as they seem oblivious to the issues. Navigating the app is like walking through a maze of glitches and errors. A poor experience overall, leaving me regretting every interaction with it.
