We are so sorry you are experiencing troubles logging into the app. The login for the mobile app and web are identical - if you can log in on the web, you should be able to log into the app as well. Even though I followed the steps to enable. But trying to explain this to someone in person is next to impossible as they prefer to just email(give you tips) and use AI to guide you. Very frustrating thus far, hopefully their remittance isn’t this sloppy or it’s going to cost me more than having paid someone else. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this feedback. The My Wagepoint app is built for employees to log their own hours on mobile. I'm wondering if you were looking for manager or admin features on mobile instead—like reviewing or approving timesheets for your team. If that's what you needed, those functions are currently on our web platform. I'd love to know what you were trying to do so I can point you to the right solution. On your concern about remittances—I get why a frustrating app experience would shake your confidence in us more broadly. I want to reassure you that payroll and CRA compliance are handled as core, regulated functions with rigorous accuracy controls. Thanks for your patience. ### 3/5 — Cant load the app *2026-02-27* I attempted 3 times, including deleting the app and downloading it again. It loads to approx 80% and doesn't go beyond. Delete the app. So lame. *** so on feb 27th, i opened it however I thought the purpose of app as an empoyer was to input hours... all I can do here is view paystubs.
