‘Mobile ordering not available’. What would have been vastly more useful is MyWarnerStay in an app, rather than having to constantly login to a webpage

Gone downhill. Food worse. Service disinterested. I’ll probably not be back as it used to be good.

Just the very basics and nothing else!
No options to adjust or select anything other than the basic drink or snack, NOT EVEN a variation such as  non dairy milks such as almond or to Not have choc sprinkled on your cappuccino.

If you hold a Warners Loyalty Card and enter your code number to get your discount, it’s fine until happy hour when a better discount of up to 20% may be offered locally as the app doesn’t recognise this and will only apply your normal discount. 
During happy hour use app as a guest and you’ll get the offer discount.

Enjoy using this app. Faster service that table waiters. Use it for wine and tea and coffee etc. But not for other drinks. 
Downside. Unable to order drinks without ice. 
Commented on this 2 years ago. Still not an option.
