## What is My WAS?

This App provides you with the tools and resources you need to help you to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life as a seafarer.

The unique programme is designed to help combat fatigue, poor mental health, stress and other issues that affect seafarers in their daily lives. Together, we will cover a wide range of topics to help you manage that stress, improve relationships, enhance your physical and mental fitness and so much more.

The programme is interactive and engaging, with quizzes, animations, videos and activities to help you apply all you learn to daily life and empower you to make the changes you need to make a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.

We are confident that you will find the Wellness at Sea journey informative, practical and enjoyable.
