Today I received a message that my vehicle is not registered. I had new license plates put on so I tried to replace the vehicle with the new plate number. It won’t let me. It says error vehicle id required for replace. I guess I have to pay an extra fee for a vehicle I already pay for to cancel the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-06-23, version 1.23* Can’t switch out your vehicle for a new one. If you don’t set up a new vehicle before washing it locks the app so you can’t manage your membership or cancel. There is flaws on EVERY step while trying to register . A 5th grader can make a better app. Hire a professional ### 1/5 — Can’t manage vehicle *2026-04-12* The big issue is that I took multiple cars through the car wash and the app then prompt you to open it in order to add vehicles or replace vehicles on your account. The problem is that you can’t do any of the options it gives you. It keeps saying that the payment fails. I update the payment information with no good payment and it still fails. I can’t replace the vehicle on my account because the vehicle I took through the car washes the same one that is on my account, and I can’t add one or pay for a membership or single wash to cover it. So now the app just doesn’t work. I’d be happy to add a Vehicle to the account, but it just is not possible. So now I don’t know if my subscription will be canceled or what because of this. Is there a phone number that I could call? ### 1/5 — the worst *2026-03-12, version 1.23* the worst app I’ve ever seen. ### 1/5 — Very poor communication through this app *2026-02-25* I got a new to me car, immediately got the pass and the app. When my new plates came, I went through and it flagged me as using a different car. I changed the license plate in the app. It said “success” and I pressed ok but the plate was not changed. Then I get a notice after the second wash that I have to pay for that wash or add that vehicle to my already-paid-for pass. I cannot do anything in my app until I pay! I cannot email anyone or contact anyone! Very upset. The monthly renewal is going to come out of my account next week and I won’t be able to use the car wash. Very upset! ### 1/5 — Can’t Use On More Than One Device *2026-02-22, version 1.23* Just as the title says, you cannot use this app on more than one device at a time. My partner and I both tried to use the app at the same time with the same login and it would not work on any of our devices beyond the one used to originally create the account. We have tried on our phones and on our tablets and no luck on any except for the original. If you can have multiple cars on the same profile you should and NEED to have the app login on more than just one device. ### 1/5 — Temporary tag to plate B.S. *2026-02-20, version 1.23* My temporary tag was replaced with a permanent plate. If the there’s a plate reader then why is there a QR code in the app I have to screw with, it locked me out after I paid for the month, because I got a permanent plate. The garbage app wouldn’t let me change it. ### 1/5 — Services *2026-02-11, version 1.23* Their app is the worst it dont give you options to cancel your membership i have been paying for last 6 months without even knowing as i tried to cancel the pass in the app but it didn’t work. Also their machines are not good enough to clean the car properly. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-26* This a big scam. The App doesn’t let you complete the registration and the card you used for the first time car wash and monthly membership will automatically enroll you for renewal and there is no way to opt out. Both locations appear to use the same app, however the app doesn’t recognize the new location and keeps showing the previous locations wash pass code and I can’t use the code at the new location. There are no instructions on how to change to the new wash location. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2026-01-02, version 1.23* This App locks up anytime you try to make any changes. ### 1/5 — Looks like a 2 year old designed it *2025-12-22* Non functional. Signed up for a 10 dollar a month for a first month and it does not work and wont let me login after I signed up. Tried the reset and it still wont. Concerned it will charge my card once my first month is up and I won’t be able to stop the billing on it unless I cancel my card. Restarting the iPhone and deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-07-06, version 2.3* Don’t work! Fortunately I took a photo of my QR code and just scan it! The app since updated doesn’t even allow me to log in. Deleting it and reinstalling does nothing. ### 1/5 — Bugs and issues *2026-07-05, version 2.3* This app is so bad I can’t even sign in even after resetting my password. It keeps saying Oops! Error reading data. It needs to go back to the developer phase and be thoroughly tested. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Unable to set up a password *2026-07-05* Just signed up for a monthly pass and got my first car wash. I am unable to set up a password in the App, now I am being charged $40 and I’m unable to get any codes to use the car wash. I cannot locate any way to contact customer service to get this resolved. ### 1/5 — Does not let you sign in *2026-07-05* Horrible app, every time i try to “sign up” i get an error. Every time i try to log in i get an error. I can reset my password and it doesn’t work. Worst part is they make you pay for a membership before being able to manage the account, have to call my bank to block this payment moving forward. Won’t even load to allow me to purchase a subscription, and the App says “oops!” When I try to log in. Not worth the risk dealing with this app or their site. I have since started driving her car and tried to download the app and log in using her credentials and I keep getting an error. She even logged out on her phone. There is no app support or FAQ section to reference. Saves so much money and I’m able to go to multiple locations in Asheville ### 4/5 — It works but could be more modernized *2024-04-28* The app works but for me at least it’s not always obvious how to do things. For example, it took me a while to figure out I needed to scan the barcode on the vacuum to activate it. It’s not perfect, but it does what I want and I’m happy. I am only rating the app and not the car wash because it seems that different car washes use this app. My local car wash gives me 30 washes a month on one vehicle so I’m perfectly happy with that. Will not let you sign in. Authentication errors. I deleted and redownloaded the app and that did not work. When I open the app, it takes me to the login page instead of it automatically being logged in and when I enter my credentials, it says “oops invalid user name or password”. I’ve reset my password many times, I’ve had the guys at the car wash look at my account, and the only way I can use the car wash is if they look me up and enter the digital code into the machine. My account apparently is still active but the app does not work.
