When it does work the numbers are all over the place. I am not sure why a town would pay to offer this app as a “perk” to its citizens. I’d be embarrassed to be the one who selected it ### 1/5 — Worked great for about a month then crashed. *2024-03-05, version 2.0* Worked great for about a month then it crashed. Stopped updating data. Please fix this. It’s very helpful when it works. As most users have said, it has some real problems. I’ve tried to use just website , not app. When website was introduced,it was great. Does not load full views of hourly, daily, and monthly usage. Does not always show the actual dates at the bottom of the screen, leaving you guessing as to which day is which. Billing cycle projection is often wildly off, then recycle to a reasonable projection, without rhyme or reason. Then goes off on a wild one again. For relative info, it’s fine. And it seems to be accurate for the actual usage in the current billing cycle, but I haven’t crossed over to the next one. So we’ll see. She has the usage breakdown by the hour, but mine is completely blank and only shows projected usage for the billing cycle. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2022-07-14, version 1.3* Terrible UI, worked for a few weeks and now has stopped updating data and completely useless ### 1/5 — Need a lot of work *2022-06-27, version 1.3* It has potential, I use other apps for electric etc. and this one nowhere near them. This app lacks functionality, has a horrible interface, worked for couple of weeks for the limited things it did, now it doesn’t update any data at all. Just blank. Advise: Fire the team/person who built this and find new resources to rebuild it from scratch because it’s not salvageable. Currently it’s uglier and useless than a door stopper. Called my utility company they can’t seem to help or figure out how to fix this issue. My bill has gone up dramatically the past couple of months. Don’t waste your time installing this app!! ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great App and Easy to Use *2022-06-05, version 1.3* Registration was quick on my computer. Pulled up on iPhone, saved login so only a click away. Sewer is calculated based on water usage for the lowest two months in a four month period in winter (accounts for lawn maintenance in summer months). I was taking readings from the meter to estimate usage. Since 2018, my wife drove down winter usage so we are now paying $464 less per year on sewer service. If I had this App before, we’d be paying less. The forecast feature is great and seeing usage by month, day or hour is very useful. Just started using and I already love it. ### 4/5 — Works great except *2025-07-18, version 2.0* This app is great for checking to see if you have water leaks while traveling that could run up an expensive water bill. I use it often. Just wish I could make the alerts work. I have tried several times setting up the alerts, but I don’t get one when the water usage goes past the setting. Otherwise it would be a 5star. ### 4/5 — Finally an App that gives me visibility into my water usage! *2024-04-30, version 2.0* I just became aware of this app and it really helps me understand my water usage! I would love the ability to export my historical data. Also, I hope the developers provide Home Assistant support. Just needs a dark mode and additional features for reporting such as: •Historical Comparison — How does my usage compare to last year? •Additional Graphical Data — Trend lines to see if my usage is trending up or down. •Spreadsheets — Please provide the same spreadsheet, or a calendar view that shows data. According to the app, I haven’t used any water in my home since last Saturday at noon.
