The tech support will eventually reach you around in 20 minutes, but consider I was outside trying to park or to exit and then waiting the tech response which is bit of stress. What I try to say is this is a good idea, but the app itself and tech support response time should be improved. ### 5/5 — Awesome service *2024-07-06, version 7.0.9* The app works really well. Fehler an Fehler: Anzeige so krumm, dass man nicht weiss, wo man was eintragen soll, Kreditkartendaten können nicht ordentlich eingegeben werden, Fehler bei der Bearbeitung der Eingabe der Kreditkartendaten mit der Meldung „Eingabe fehlgeschlagen“, was nicht besonders aufschlussreich ist. Keine Stornierungsoption der gebuchten Parkplätze in der App, Support funktioniert nicht (life chat - wo soll man da bitte chatten?). Terrible experience. I rented parking for 5 days, but the gate location in the app is incorrect, so I have to call support every time I enter or leave. I’ve been waiting up to 30 minutes at the gate. Support knows about the problem but refuses to fix it and doesn’t respond to my messages. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-06-14* It opened a garage to let me park my car with a QR Code. Now that I want to leave…I want to download the app but when I try to input my license plate with the German license plates the entire app crashes. I call customer service and WhatsApp and I’m getting no response. Payment was done and I didn’t get any email confirmation. Then I was standing for like 10 min near the barricade to get inside then some one from intercom helped me to get in. This app didn’t help me with the reference Id or any Barcode. Will not recommend for anything ### 1/5 — Complex way to do something simple *2023-04-03, version 3.8.3* My hotel insisted on my using and paying via the app to use their parking. I did, but with all the extra mobile steps I cannot help buy think that a simple “old school” button or doorbell to open a garage isn’t more efficient. Especially as there were connectivity issues and the hotel staff had to Open the door manually anyway. I get what you’re trying to do, but you may want to review your use cases ### 1/5 — Idee gut, Umsetzung schlecht *2023-03-23* Der digitale Gedanken in Bezug auf Parken ist klasse, an der Umsetzung hakt es jedoch sehr. Sowohl beim Starten als auch Beenden des Parkvorganges haben wir leider nur Probleme gehabt. Genau so auch, trotz der Verwendung verschiedener Zahlungsmittel, beim letztendlichen Bezahlen. Der Live-Support konnte glücklicherweise jedes Mal schnell helfen, jedoch wäre eine einwandfreie Abwicklung ohne Hilfe vom Support wünschenswert. They were so helpful when we were over our time limit, called them and they were able to sort out our payment and fee quickly and without having to worry about getting out of the car park or extra costs.
