She was told if she also completed tasks she would receive a max amount of $200 for the year. It’s been over 90 days so I reached out to inquire about the $50 gift card and I was told she can only receive max of $200 from her tasks. I don’t think it’s fair for her to be promised a $50 gift card and her insurance billed almost $600 for the test. She should have received this $50 separately from her tasks. This needs to be addressed because any other preventative tasks were not included in her $200 max task amount. She’s going to be switching insurance carriers because the elderly really depend on the rewards for their meds or extra food, or toiletries. **Developer response:** We are sorry you are not happy with the My Wellcare Rewards App. Your feedback is very important to our team as we work to bring the best user experience to members just like you. Before I was earning point towards gift cards rewards. The app stop working for a little bit (couldn’t log in) and now I just reconnected and it has even better rewards. You actually earn money for doctor visits and preventive care. I do wish it was a digital gift card, it’s 2025 we shouldn’t be wasting plastic on something that can be completely digital. But hey can’t win them all.
