Their customer service doesn’t not call back when they say they will and when you attempt to call, you will be on hold for an hour. Getting any issues or concerns resolved is incredibly difficult and lengthy. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst lender in the US *2026-01-10, version 5.2.3* Unfortunately, my car loan was bought by this company, and they are one of the worst lenders I’ve ever dealt with. They suck! They take forever to answer the phone. You select the Spanish option and you get an English speaker. My main issue is with principal payments. I have made payments towards my main/principal balance, and they take that payment as my regular monthly payment. That happened so many times, and I’m so tired of them. Even though the app says that “principal payments go to the principal amount due, and don’t affect the monthly amount,” all the times I called them to have the issue fixed they said it didn’t matter, they said that “whatever amount you pay, we cover the interest first, and then the rest goes to the monthly balance.” They really suck! Try to avoid this lender if you can. Their customer service is a bunch of bitter women and they won’t work with you for even a 24 hour late payment. I have a payment In my account pending for June. I could not pay for May so now I’m late. Almost 3 years I have never been late n a single payment. Now this new company I was forced to switch to I end up with late fees on my VERY 1st payment.
