Unless you delete and reinstall, you can’t reach the log in page. Westmed was at one time impeccable but the greedy owners sold the patients and providers out for money and destroyed it. This app is just another symptom of that. Disgraceful. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2021-08-24, version 1.3.61* I’ve tried making appointment & when I call to confirm they can’t find it. Every banking app for years has allowed face or Touch ID for years, but for some reason not this app?? Secondly, when you write messages to doctors, there’s no spell check in the field like there is in virtually every other app you enter text. Finally, you inexplicably can’t make appointments through the app. Makes no sense. ### 1/5 — Can’t communicate *2020-07-08, version 1.3.61* The feature that allows to send a message directly to my doctor doesn’t work. The field to input the name of my doctor doesn’t have options to choose from. After writing my message, then “send” button stays grayed out, and doesn’t allow for the message to be sent. Also, all the fields have no information. No info on prescriptions, test results, nor medical history.
