This is my first ever app review. This app is really so fantastic, I simply needed to write a review to let others know how wonderful it is. It is so user-friendly and offers so many neat features - like a compass to make sure you are meditating in the right direction for the season. There’s guided meditations which I absolutely love. You can choose the length of your meditation, add sound fx like rain, waves, birds, music, etc… Theres a full library of educational and inspirational videos, e-books, etc… It even tracks your healing progress. Very thoughtful consideration went into designing this app. I honestly love it and look forward to using it every day!
