My clock went to military time and can’t get my regular clock back and I hate it. Give me my regular clock back and then you will get a 5 star review

First, could you please check if your current clock setting is already set to 12-hour format?

Next, please try the following steps to switch back to 12-hour time:

Open the clock edit screen.
Select "Face."
Look for the "Settings" option.
Within the settings, you should find an option for either "12HourTime" or "24HourTime." Please ensure "12HourTime" is selected. If "24HourTime" is currently selected, please change it to "12HourTime."

If you are still unable to change the setting after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to contact us through the "Contact Us" option in the app's "Menu."

I would give this app 5 stars if I could get the clock to do 12 hour time instead of 24 hour.  
And have some form of customer service that isn’t in Chinese so I could contact someone.

I love that you can customize the clocks but it’s useless because the clocks won’t display correct time, I also can’t get it to switch to 12 hour and the date is in Chinese!!! Tried to contact customer service but the “contact” form is in Chinese!! I’m supposed to click on some selection but can’t do it because I don’t know what it says!! Would like a refund because I purchased the Premium but this app is completely useless!
