I upgraded my phone and I had to reinstall this app. I requested “the code” to be sent to my work email at least 10 times, it never worked so I used their “use a password” options and that was even worst, they did send a password reset link to my email (same one entered for the code), entered a new password just to get the “password does not fit requirements” except that there is no way to figure out what the password requirements are, tried different lengths, special characters, no special characters, nothing works. So I’m still locked out of the app, the link they posted in the Apple Store for “app support” goes to their very generic website that does not have a FAQ or a contact section for support, it’s almost as if they don’t want anyone to contact them. This developer is so frustrating ### 3/5 — Inbox bug *2022-12-13* In the inbox tab, when I tap the notification it doesn’t take me to the post or announcement. It just gets unbold. Previous version would stay open but not let me login. There is an issue with entering credit information: doesn’t display properly and allow me to move forward. If payment information was entered under the my payment section of the app, a drop down should show my card.
