It was so simple to see all of the applicable free play in one place, now you have to scroll the offers to add them up. I’ve spoken to many of the staff members who agree. The casino is so big complaints don’t matter. Send them to standard form letter and call it a day. The top CEO and CFO turn their back on problems and wait for them to go away. Not realizing other casinos are right down the road. An endless loop of a broken app. RIP ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-07-10, version 1.0.7* I have an issue logging in to my app. I enter my phone number and it tells me there is an update. I select to update the app. It then takes me to the play store and when I open it, it goes right back to the screen to enter my phone number. It’s a vicious cycle. I tried asking the question in the BOT and it keeps sending me a response that does not remotely address the concern. At that point, I decided to call and get assistance only to be told they can’t help me. This is now the second time I’ve tried to reach out and couldn’t get assistance. The first time it happened, I was being told I wasn’t getting promotions because my address was wrong, but yet I would receive all the mailings, but they were not showing on my account to use. They never made good with any of the offers even though they stated they had a wrong address in one portion of my account, and I was out of luck. I asked why I was being penalized for their error and they said that’s just the way it is. Terrible customer service!!! ### 1/5 — Trash update *2025-07-01, version 1.0.7* This new update will not let me open my app at all. It takes me from the sign in into the update. When I sign in it goes back to the same screen saying update. Spinning my wheels at this point, AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY pun intended!!!
