Subscribing appears to worthless as there are limited issues available and some that are pictured are apparently ‘archived’ and not available. I was so excited that they had a digital app. Unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing! I subscribed for over 2 years, so far I have received duplicate copies and I only got 5 cookbooks instead of the 12 that I was supposed to have received for the year(1 per month). I have emailed their support and messaged their social media account but nobody even cares to reply. This is thoroughly disappointing 🙁 I have unsubscribed but still not received what I have paid for. ### 1/5 — No support if purchased through the App Store *2021-10-25* Magshop would not provide support because they had no visibility of my digital subscription despite me providing evidence of my subscription (via email) purchased via the App Store. I have an iPhone 12 mini running 15.0.2 and the app only allowed me access to one cookbook. I tried deleting the app and downloading again as suggested by Apple support but no luck. I have no choice but to cancel my subscription. I was given eventually a code to restore my access. I have had to reinstall the app on a new iPad and have again lost access to three years of books. After two weeks mag shop are still sending the same email telling me to reinstall the app. I have told them numerous times that I have done this, but am still getting the same response. AWW Cookbooks are my favourites and It will be nice to have them stored electronically instead of cluttering my shelves. I don't understand all the one star ratings. Looking forward to more cookbooks being released. Would like to request a feature - the ability to search by ingredient or recipe name.
