MY Workforce TNA Employee App - An easy to use employee self-service app. 

My Workforce TNA helps businesses of all sizes to easily track and record employee time and attendance. Hold employees accountable for their work hours and record allowances and loading rates. Have the peace of mind when paying your employee that they are getting the exact amount they are entitled to. 

My Workforce TNA is your employee self-service app for employee's using the Aussie Time Sheets - Workforce TNA time and attendance solution. My Workforce TNA allows approved employees to clock on and off remotely, view and submit Leave Requests and much more. 

After downloading and installing My Workforce TNA, your login details will be provided to you by your Payroll Officer/HR Manager.

My Workforce TNA features include:  

- Employees can clock on and off from anywhere right from the app on their smartphone or tablet. 
- Employee times logged can be cached when the app has no network coverage that upload when they are back online.
- Employees can request any type of leave right from the app and access up to date leave balances. 
- Employees exact location is recorded via GPS.
- Employees can view and approve their timesheet.
- Employees can access their work schedule.
- Employees can view their departments or locations leave calendar.

My Workforce TNA software includes some great features for employers to control how the app is used by their employees. 

- Device Identifier - My Workforce TNA stamps the phone device id to every clocking and can then notify a Supervisor if an employee uses another employees device to clock on.  
- Location restrictions via Geo-Fencing - Create a Geo-Fence around a Location so that an employee can only clock within the Geo-Fence area.  Assign multiple locations to an employee to allow them to clock at select sites.  
- Location restriction via Network - Lockdown the My Workforce TNA apps to only work when employees have joined your business or guest WiFi.

this app never works and is super faulty even after the new update it sucks. It’s even more inconsistent and frustrating takes several attempts to log in wastes 5-10 minutes of my day every morning this app is in desperate need of an overhaul

The app often crashes / does not work. Entering leave is a fiddly, annoying process. And the app requires your exact location to log in, which seems like unnecessary overreach. Made to use it by my employer for years and it’s had issues the entire time

Wow, I can't believe you provide absolutely no way to let support know that a password only works on web pages. The app is unusable. Even your web pages have no support links. I can't believe you wouldn't want to know if your system was broken. THE APP IS UNUSABLE congratulations

I have an IPhone and I have had lots of issues just getting a usable screen and general functionality of log on/off process. Constantly closing down and restarting app to log on or off which still doesn’t always work, thus has lead to problems getting paid down the line and having to prove I was present on site. There are numerous other clunky functions that add to the frustration of using this App. Not a fan at all
