Every time I want to get in the app and send a quick note, I can't get in. I have tried for almost an hour this morning and can't see how to create a quick letter. World Vision makes it nearly impossible to read letters from your child using this app. Ya can't read the tiny screenshot of the paper letter, you can't zoom in or turn it landscape to make the words larger. The app's main use is to write and receive letters... and you can't read really only use it to write. Each time I get an error message saying “Sorry, we’re having some technical difficulties right now. Please try again later. A couple of improvements I’d like to see. Copies of the text that I send, and also the child’s letter duplicated on both the app and the website so that I do not have to keep checking back-and-forth. Perhaps I’m missing something, but it would be very helpful to see my past letters sent using the app. Otherwise, I will need to stick with sending letters through the website so that I may keep track of not only the child’s letters but my responses. ### 4/5 — Love the app! *2022-05-30, version 2.20* I have been sponsoring a girl in the phillipines for alittle over a year now and have been using this app since.
