I tied using this app numerous times to only was it slow. Every time I put my log in info it will say there was no account associated with that, but I know that’s not true because I logged into the YMCA website and the login was perfectly fine.

It doesn’t allow me to log in . When I try to get it to send me pin for 1st time signing in , it never sends the pin to my email . This app is pure trash .

I’m traveling and don’t have normal key fob so I was told I could use the app to login. The app cannot be used. It’s unusable. Great.

The app could not find my email account. I jumped on the website to I guess login, but it forced me to create a new account…. which doesn’t have any of my family information. Super weird. Too bad they launched a malfunctioning app… at least call it beta… so that we don’t have unreasonable expectations to be fully functional.

This app has gone from fair to worse.  It constantly requires me to relog in.  The system either completely fails to send a code via sms or voice call or takes way too long (for example last time I actually got a code it too 13 minutes to get it and had a note that the code expired in 10 minutes.  Until the app is fixed, it a complete exercise in frustration to try to use my phone to visit the y.  It’s back to the old tag system for now.
