On a yogic level, she leads us to understand that the pose is only part of our journey, to follow the breath and to appreciate every moment. She is a gentle soul with a strong spirit. She encourages you to challenge yourself, but also to be aware of when your body may not want to move in a certain way, either. The 90-day programs get progressively difficult, starting with one for beginners. As you move through the poses, she gives reminders that help do them properly. It’s as if she knows what I’m doing and gives me the adjustment accordingly. The programs are thoughtfully laid out and each session ends with an inspirational quote and a beautiful reminder to send love out in the world.
